Reiki is a Japanese, deep relaxation therapy.  It is a case of simply lying on the treatment table, fully clothed and the practitioner will lay or hover their hands around the head, shoulders, torso and leg areas of the body, channeling Reiki healing energy or "Ki" into you.  You will find yourself slowly descending into a deep state of profound peace and relaxation.
Reiki can help on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual basis.  It can assist with accumulative blockages of life force energy brought about by negative emotions.  Once the life force energy is flowing naturally again, it can bring you back to a state of equilibrium and help to reduce any potential possibility of disease in the body.

REFLEXOLOGY LYMPH DRAINAGE
"RLD" is a Reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the Lymphatic reflexes on the feet. 
It focuses on supporting Lymphatic drainage and helps rid the cells and tissues of toxins.  RLD is really good for conditions such as Edema, Swelling and Post Surgery swelling.  It will speed up the Lymph System by approximately 20 times.  It can help with swollen limbs and fluid retention.  It can help with Lymphedema to help remove toxins and excess fluid if the Lymph nodes have been damaged or removed as a result of cancer.
